Week 23

Thanksgiving and Turkey Bowls!!!

Monday we went to visit less actives to see if people still lived where their records showed. That was good. We found just one person who still lived at the address which was good. We got a lot of people marked off who aren't there anymore. 

Tuesday was good as well. We had district meeting in the morning and right after that we went to help some members move stuff around. Then we had lunch. We also had English class and that was a bummer, only one person came so we're going to basically redo the entire thing. 

Wednesday was good. In the morning we did service and a member took us to get tacos. After that we did more service and helped a family move. Then they took us to get food at the same place. That was funny. Then we found a new investigator in a place a member used to live. He's interesting, lots of questions. Then we had a member give us dinner, food filled day. 

Thursday was good! In the morning we found a group of guys playing football and we joined them and just had a lot of fun. They invited us to play every week so that's exciting and fun. After that we tracted for a little bit. Then we had dinner with the Reyes family and that was pretty fun, they're a partly active family. Then we had a second dinner with a lady named Alicia, she's really nice. Overall a good day. 

Friday was an exchange with Elder Biggs, that was pretty good. I learned a lot that I didn't really want to learn but that's ok. We had all the lessons fall through but we talked to some cool people. Pretty good day though. 

Saturday we finished the exchange. In the morning we knocked on 80 doors and one answered and they didn't want to talk. Big ol' bummer. But that's ok. After we switched companions we had some good contacts and some good lessons. Good day. Also shout out to my brother Cameron for getting engaged! Exciting stuff.

Sunday was good. We had our studies then went to church. After church (it got out late) we had a dinner with some members. And they had the most energetic different ever! Loved it. Then we had a fireside at the stake president's house and that was good!
