Week 51

"Is This Mexico?"
"Is This Mexico?"
Alright everyone! This week was AWESOME!!
Monday we were pretty much in all day and then we went to the Castros but on our way there they cancelled. So, we still went to the area and walked around and contacted SO many people! Refilled our teaching pool.
Tuesday was the uarder day this week. Every single lesson fell through. Not only that but no one answered their door. Bummer! But it's all good.
Wednesday was a little but lame. I had to take a sleeping pill but I took it late and it WRECKED me all day. I didnt function to well but we had one lesson in there, that was good.
Thursday was an exchange with Elder Elzinga and I was with Leany again. That was good. We had one rough lesson but after that all the lessons were really good! Just took a second for my brain to switch to Spanish.
Friday was sad again. Regelio fell through which was super sad. But, he said that he and his wife would come to church with their family! So that's good. After that fell through we had lunch. Then we went to visit Jose and Claudia before their baptism. That was good! Then we saw Irma and Angel with the other Elders and we had an awesome lesson with them about families! Super cool.
Saturday was so cool. We prepared a lot for Claudia and Jose's baptism. Then they got baptized! I forgot pictures of that, I'm sorry. But that took up a lot of our day.
Sunday was even cooler. We had English ward first and one of our investigators there, Chaz, was able to come! He's on date right now. And then this is where is gets so cool. In the Spanish branch we had a total of 24 people at church!!!!! Elder Katterman and I had 19 of those 24! It was such an amazing day. But it get better. One of the people we're teaching, Teresa, got baptized!! President Marsh came and saw everyone there and that's when he said it was like Mexico. It was funny. But Teresa had broken her femurs(yes plural) a couple months ago and wanted to still get baptized so we had three people baptizing her. It was such a beautiful service.
I love all of you! Shout out to my brother getting married on Saturday, WHOOP WHOOP!! Love you bro!
