Monday was good. I packed and got ready for leaving Gainsville. Said bye to lots of people.
Tuesday was transfer meeting. Got my new companion(s) and got ready for the week.
Wednesday we had a surprise district meeting. It's an all Elders district so it'll be different from my other ones. We saw someone who the last Elders were teaching and she said she likes how we baptize and that when she feels ready she wants to be baptized as well. Awesome.
Thursday we had to be at the office a lot. We helped the AP's with the new cars and that took the majority of our day. Then we saw some people and then had dinner with one of the members. She got us Little Ceasers.
Friday we started off with studies then had a ROUGH lesson. It was pretty dang bad. Then we visited less actives but no one was home. Then we got a call from a member saying they wanted to feed us so we went to dinner with them. Then after dinner we had an English class lesson. They're super cool. Then we visited this super sick family. It was a little awkward at first, but after I asked some questions it got a lot better. They opened up and man, they are the coolest family.
Saturday we helped more with the equinoxes. It took super long.most of the day was doing that again. Then we had a dinner with a member. She took us to a Mexican place and they had bomb burritos. Super good. Then we went to a lesson but they forgot. So dang. We will try them next week. They seemed like they'd be super cool so definitely worth a shot.
Sunday was good. I can now understand almost everything in meetings! I taught the deacons for young men's and then after church there was a young men's thing, since their theme was missionary work they asked us to eat with them after church. Nice. Then we went to do visits with all the young men. After that we had a dinner with the branch mission leader. We talked to him about our goals and he was willing to help us out and back us up. Super cool guy. Definitely excited for this area!
