Week 13

Sorry, I don't have my journal so it's just what I remember this week.


I don't really remember anything that happened this week except for a few things so I'll just talk about those cause I don't have my journal on me at the moment

On Thursday there was a recently returned missionary that came home and went with us to teach a lesson. We went to a single sisters house and taught her and her two sons a lesson about family/family history. We asked them about any questions they might have about things and answered those and left them with a book of mormon. It was a really good lesson. After that we went to one of our investigators, Shannon, and gave her and her daughter a blessing. Then we went home for the night because it was past 9.

On Saturday we went to a baptism for one of the Sisters investigators. It was really good. She asked two of us to witness and that was special. After that we went tracting and had very little success. But we did talk to one person who said we could come back later next week so we got their information and then headed out. 

On Sunday Shannon came to church with jenae!! That was a huge blessing. After a really uneventful week, it was a good way to start out the next one. Then we had dinner with the carrols and afterwards went tracting for a little bit. It was pretty good. 

Over all a good week. Sorry there isn't too much more. I can't remember what else happened. Also, for those wondering, the hurricane didn't hit any of our mission. Just little bits of rain.  Nothing to serious! Hope everyone is doing well!
